The location of the property was marvellous and absolutely perfect, in a good location with a good choice of reasonably priced restaurants. The staff was courteous, pleasant. Coffee, tea and pastries provided in the morning...

Perfect location, very friendly staff and comfortable beds They offer a free breakfast to customers with some pasta and coffee at no extra cost although we had only accommodation we were told on arrival that it was free for all customers (I think everyone had only accommodation booked). It is quite acceptable in quality/price considering the prices of the hotels in the city.
Somewhat old installations: The first two nights we hardly slept as one of the walls of the room was the separation with the elevator shaft (room 505) and it was very noisy. In the reception they were very kind and they changed us to another room but this one did not close the door and we had to go again to the reception to be changed to a third room to spend the remaining nights. The staff was kind and did not hesitate to help but this is a bit annoying for the travellers and all because of the facilities that could be improved although we are also talking about a 2 star hotel...

Everything was great, decent location very close to Chinatown, Union Square and a good area, such great experience. There was plenty of food for breakfast, including coffee, pastries and tea...
Their staff were very incompetent.

The location was great and the reception area a good place to meet people and chat.
Breakfast poor. No cereal or fresh fruit or coffee. When looking from window saw only a brick wall and could only judge the weather outside by climbing halfway out the window to check the sky.

Room was good size and clean. We chose room at fron tof hotel, which was a bit noisy at times from traffic. Breakfast was basic coffee/tea and muffins.pastries. Internet access was free in room and lobby. Hotel in good location for central city and easy walk to Fishermans Wharf, etc...

Some rooms face a brick wall, some of the others facing the street may be a bit noisy.

I loved my stay! The breakfast pastries were fresh and delicious every morning, and the room had a quaint, old-timey feel. The staff handled my room change perfectly when I encountered a TV issue.

The fresh croissants at breakfast were a nice touch, and I loved that the coffee was available round the clock. The cozy lounge and the lovely courtyard provided great spots to unwind. I did find the room a bit pricey for what it offered, but it's worth it for the experience 😊

The rooms were clean and all had private bathrooms. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. The location to the bart and downtown was great!
The only problem my husband and I ran into were slightly cold showers, but who can complain for such a great price!
